Cozy holiday home with garage, barn, and boathouse. Panoramic views of the sea and neighboring islands. Final cleaning included. The holiday home was completely renovated and rebuilt in 2014. TV with Norwegian, German and international channels. Internet for streaming. Two of the bedrooms have folding single beds, and the double bed is divisible. Just below the house there is a local road. Secluded patio at the rear of the holiday home. From the balcony there is a view of the sea. 250 m. to shallow, sandy bathing area. In the center of Midsund, there is a grocery store etc. and kayak/electric bicycles rental. The area has a number of hiking trails and stone steps; one is Europe's longest with 2,200 consecutive steps that takes you up the mountains for stunning views. 20 km and a ferry to Molde. Day trips: Ålesund, Trollstigen and Geiranger, distance from the holiday home 1.5-3 hours. 4 km, of which 2 km walk, to Ræstadvannet with small trout. Top fishing opportunities in the sea. Small boat harbor 150 m from the holiday home. Covered filleting space, running water and light in the barn. Own trolley to transport fish and fishing equipment up to the holiday home. Boat for rent: 1x 20 foot Rana with 70 HK Suzuki, GPS/chart plotter/echo sounder and 8 rod holders.
