Description

This cozy holiday home is located in the popular seaside resort of Marielyst, close to the town center with its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The wide sandy beach is also just a short walk away, making the house an ideal base for both relaxation and family activities. Designed with comfort in mind, the house is equipped with a wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump for a pleasant indoor climate all year round. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, perfect for preparing family meals. The inviting living room features free WiFi, a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services, a DVD player, and a wood stove that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Families with children are well catered for, with a high chair and travel cot available. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third room with a sofa bed for two. The bathroom comes with shower, toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays. Outside, the property offers a spacious plot with room for ball games and fun in the fresh air. The furnished terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply relaxing, and a charcoal grill is provided for cozy barbecue evenings. Please note: The house is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, aber das Haus könnte einige Updates vertragen, Es war funktional und geräumig, aber etwas abgenutzt an einigen Stellen, Die Nähe zu Ulslev war ein Plus, aber ich hätte mir ein bisschen mehr Charme in der Dekoration gewünscht,
