Description
Charming holiday home with sea plot, renovated 2019. Nice family place and great fishing opportunities. Final cleaning included in the price. Cozy patio at the entrance to the holiday home. Great sea view towards Reksundet and the sunset. At the owner's boathouse, where the rental boat is located by the floating jetty, there is a nice patio with a view over the sea. Short walk to grocery shop. 700 m to a shallow beach, jetty 35 m. For family/friends activities, there is a football pitch 800 m from the house and only 1 km to marked hiking trails. The small town Bruhagen, 20 km away, has all service options. The lake Hosethvatnet with lots of trout is 7 km from the house, and the salmon and trout river Baeelva is 10 km away. There is good access to fish from the sea, which gives great fishing opportunities throughout the rental period where the boat is available. The surrounding islands and islets provide opportunities to be sheltered from the weather when you are on a fishing trip. 35 m to the floating jetty and covered filleting area for fish with running water and light. The rental boat is available for several holiday home and therefore, boat bookings must be made at the same time as booking the holiday home. Boat for rent: 21-foot Øien 620F with 60 HP Yamaha, GPS/chart plotter/sonar, 6 rod holders.
