Description

Pleasant holiday home on a plot with a view by the sea on Sørøya's west side. The sea area around the island is Norway's richest in fish and an Eldorado for anglers. The holiday home is located 100 m from the sea at the harbor in Breivikbotn with a panoramic view over the marina towards the ocean in the west. In the living room, there is a wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth. Satellite TV with many international channels, including several German TV channels. The single beds in one bedroom can be put together to make a double bed. From the house is walking distance to Breivikbotn, which has a grocery and restaurant. The house is set back from the harbor in a quiet area. The plot is sunny and childfriendly. The island has great hiking terrain for the whole family. There are many fish-rich waters with a good stock of trout. Good hunting ground in autumn. Several beautiful beaches. The sea area around Sørøya is Europe's most fish-rich and where several fishing records have been set for the largest fish caught on a pole. Own filleting room with light and running water. Arrival to Sørøya by car ferry from Øksfjord, 2-5 departures per day. The crossing takes 1.25 hours. For rent: 21 foot Quicksilver Pilot House 640 with 115 hp engine, chart plotter, gps, sonar and 5 rod holders. 20 foot Quicksilver 580 with 115 hp engine, sonar, chart plotter, gps and 4 rod holders The boat is moored at the floating jetty in the marina, 100 m from the house.
