Built in 1968 and renovated in 2025, the house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bedrooms on the main floor (1 with a double bed and one with 1.20 m wide bed). Bathrooms with underfloor heating on both floors, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The house has 2 heat pumps and a wood stove in the living room. Free internet with good capacity and TV with Norwegian and international channels, including German. Large terrace facing the sea. From the house and terrace there is a magnificent view of the fjord and the mountains. Great hiking terrain for the whole family in a landscape that varies from forested valleys to mountain ranges. In winter, the northern lights can be experienced. Illuminated ski slopes in the vicinity and 58 km to Narvik Alpine Center. Several fishing lakes in the area and small salmon rivers where fishing can be done if you purchase a fishing license. Great starting point for car trips to the coastal towns of Harstad and Narvik as well as Lofoten and Vesterålen. From Andenes, there is a car ferry to Senja, a great round trip. 100 m to the fjord with rich sea fishing, 17-foot Bella self-bailing boat with steering console, 60 hp engine is located at the floating dock in the marina 4 km from the house and can be rented. The boat is available May 1st - October 1st. Good parking space at the house.
