Description
Attractive and beautifully located holiday house for the quality-conscious with an outdoor hot tub. Short distance to good fishing spots. Final cleaning included in the price. Wood-burning stove in the living room/open kitchen with all conceivable equipment. Apple TV: Astra 1 for German channels and Allente for Norwegian and European channels, Netflix and ChromeCast. Internet/WIFI: 50 Mbits. Underfloor heating in all rooms, except the basement living room. 2 bathrooms (1 with rain shower) and 3 bedrooms. The single bed is 80 cm wide, the bunk bed 120 cm + 90 cm. Basement living room with kitchen, fireplace, dining table, TV, and movie screen with projector. Outdoor hot tub for 4-6 people. Charger for electric car. Bed linen is included but guests need to bring their own towels. 30 m to the boat and swimming opportunity from bathing ladder/pier, 3 km to beach. The coastal pearl Sveggesundet offers great fishing and hiking opportunities. Lockable shed for storing fishing equipment/drying fishing clothes. Kayaks for 2 adults and a child can be borrowed at your own risk. Covered filleting bench with light and running water. Boat for rent: 18 feet with 50 HP, GPS/chartplotter/sounder and 6 rod holders + gutting board. 9 km to Bådalselva with salmon/trout, 11 km to the lake Hosetvatnet twith trout/char, remember fishing license. Day trips: Molde, Åndalsnes with gondola, the fishing village and coastal fort Ergan in Bud, Altanterhavsveien. 10 km to Kristiansund with shopping center, Atlanterhavsbadet, playland, Kvernberget with Sherpa stairs right by the airport, and boat connection to Grip.

Fantastische Ausblicke und eine großartige Lage! Wir waren nah an Kristiansund und hatten einfachen Zugang zum Atlantikbad, Die Kinder liebten Kajakfahren, und wir schätzten die überdachte Filetierbank für unseren Fang des Tages, Ein perfekter Platz für Angelfreunde!
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ort, Die Küche war modern und machte das Kochen zum Kinderspiel, Der Außenwhirlpool war ein Highlight für uns, besonders nach einem Tag Wandern, Die nahegelegenen Restaurants waren ebenfalls einen Besuch wert, insbesondere das Sua Casa Restaurant!
