Great holiday home with everything you need for a successful holiday. Large plot with its own pond and right by the sea. Well-equipped kitchen, and for those who like fishing, there is also a separate annex with smoke oven and a high-quality filleting kitchen. Several terraces around the holiday home allow you to follow the sun all day long. Barbecue cabin can be rented for NOK 1000 per week for pleasant evenings and a sauna for relaxation. Fast internet and German TV via Astra. Great opportunities to explore the local area. Skudeneshavn has been named Norway's summer town for several years in a row and offer high-quality fish meals. Many great hiking opportunities nearby and a short distance to Bergen, Stavanger, the famous “Prekestolen” or Trollungen. Boat for rent, needs to be ordered at the same time as the house. The main boat is an Øyen 620F with a 70HP 4-stroke engine, GPS, chartplotter and sonar. The boat is available in the harbor a few minutes' drive away, with short distance to the best fishing spots in the area. A second boat two can be rented on request from the owner. The boats are available from April to October. Mandatory final cleaning of NOK 2000,- in addition to the rental price.
