Description

Nice holiday home idyllically located in Frøkedalen, a natural gem in romantic Norwegian nature, where deer and wild sheep graze and all you can hear is the silence. The holiday house is suitable for 2 families/generations traveling together, with kitchen, living room, bathroom etc. on both floors. Fiber internet (speed 100 Mbits) and All-in-box with Norwegian and international TV channels. German channels are Das Erste, 3 Sat, Sat 1 and RTL. Open terraces of 25 sqm outside each floor. Great outdoor areas with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the sun and the wonderful view of the valley. Firewood included in the price. The area has marked trails and mountain walks for people of all ages. Mountains up to 751 m.a.s.l. with fantastic views. It is about 2 kilometers to walk or drive down to the fjord where there is a boathouse and wharf, but only 800 meters from the holiday home to an idyllic outdoor area/fishing lake with bathing water, benches, and fire pit. Possible to rent canoes and boats by the water. At the marina, there is a fish filleting area inside the boathouse and outside with water and light, as well as storage options for fishing equipment in the boathouse. The fjord is very rich in fish and there are several good places for pole fishing from shore. At the boathouse, there is also a nice beach. Boats for rent: • 1x a Silver Viking 15 foot boat with 15 hp Yamaha • 2x 21 foot with 60 HP engine, chart plotter/gps/sonar, 8 rod holders 3 km to the marina and the boats.
