Description
Located on the edge of town in a green setting, this villa offers fantastic views of the Gulf of Sant'Andrea. The house is fully fenced and accessible via a narrow country lane approximately 80 meters from the main road, ensuring peace and privacy.
The house is divided into two completely independent apartments, each with its own terrace and garden area on different levels, which together can accommodate two people or a larger family.
The sea and beach are about a 5-minute walk away via a path that winds through ancient vineyards.
The tastefully furnished apartment features a spacious living room with a sitting area, reading nook, and an additional sofa bed. Large glass doors facing the sea, leading to the furnished loggia, create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the living room is an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) with a glass door leading to the dining area under the loggia. At the rear of the house is a spacious double bedroom with a sitting area and satellite TV, and a small adjoining room with a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a rain shower. From the living area, a small hallway leads to another bedroom with large glass doors opening onto the terrace and offering sea views from the bed, and to another spacious bathroom. The laundry room contains the washing machine and microwave.
From the loggia, a double staircase leads directly to the terraced garden (approx. 2000 sq m) with a swimming pool and sunbathing areas, an outdoor shower, and a garden pond, all with sea views.
