Casa Magnolia spreads on two levels and enjoys a beautiful outdoor area with a dining area and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs where guests can sit and enjoy the sunny days. Some stairs lead to the living area, located on the first floor, decorated with a sofa, armchairs, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a French bed, one with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. Two additional bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

The house is inside a condominium with a shared pool and access to the private beach with an equipped platform.

At guests' disposal comfort such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Aci Castello and its neighbor Aci Trezza, are two gems of the eastern coast of Sicily. The volcanic activity of the area and specifically of the Etna, have defined the conformation of the territory making it rich in naturalistic beauties, including the marine protected area of the Cyclops Islands, where it is possible to go diving and admire the wonderful marine flora and fauna which live in this area. Not to be missed is a visit to the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, which stands on a basalt cliff, with an extremely rare rocky composition, formed after a marine eruption over 500,000 years ago.
The town is located a few kilometers from Catania, famous for its historic center recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, but also the liveliness of the popular markets, the wild beauty of Etna and the crystal-clear water of the coast will seduce even the most demanding guests.

Catania Fontanarossa airport is easily reachable with a 30 minute-drive.
