If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has not occurred to the extent calculated.
