Description
The bedroom has a double bed, 1.60 x 2.00 and a clothes rack. In the second room there is a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed and a television. This television is connected to the Internet, as well as the entire Casita is connected to the Internet via a WiFi connection.
On the large covered terrace, approx. 25 square meters, there is an additional table and a 'daybed' to relax.
Central heating (no air conditioning) in the entire living area ensures pleasant, cozy warmth on a cool evening in autumn, winter or spring. The existing fireplace can also give a cozy atmosphere.
In just 1 minute you can be on the hiking and cycling path that stretches from Manacor to Arta and leads almost directly past our property. The route was laid out by the municipalities on a former railway line. It is very quiet, with no traffic, and leads through a beautiful and varied landscape. With the bicycles we provide free of charge, this path can be explored very easily.
There is also a salt water pool on our property that can be used by our guests. You are also welcome to bring your pet, as we have a small dog and 3 cats on our property.
