Description
La Corte della Masseria is a restored 17th-century farmhouse near San Vito dei Normanni, just 10 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of the Torre Guaceto nature reserve and about 20 km from Brindisi airport. It sleeps 4–6 guests on two levels: on the ground floor there is a double bedroom, shower bathroom, air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine; upstairs a second air-conditioned double bedroom and another shower bathroom. Outside you enjoy a private walled courtyard with sun loungers, swing, masonry barbecue and veranda for eating outdoors among olive and lemon trees – a safe space for children and a relaxing retreat for adults.

A quiet location, very well placed in Puglia to access local amenities in San Vito (10min drive), beaches (20min) or many historic villages.
The main body of the house has been redecorated with taste, was very clean on arrival and well equiped with aircon etc.
The bathroom and kitchen have a bit of a rustic charm to them but are very well equipped with cooking ustensils and crockery.
The outside area is spatious and very quiet.
The team at Vacanze In Puglia have been great in their hosting, reacting very promptly and with great communication concerning the check-in and out and other requests we had.
They also provided lots of information about the region, the local festivities and restaurants, bakeries, bars etc…giving the experience a real plus.
We had a great time overall!

La casa è grande, tranquilla, indipendente e molto equipaggiata. Abbiamo ricevuto dall’agenzia molti consigli su luoghi da visitare, spiagge ed eventi. Abbiamo trascorso in definitiva una bellissima vacanza !
Alloggio molto bello, in un luogo magnifico, circondato da ulivi e tranquillo. Siete a meno di 10 minuti dal centro di San Vito dei Normanni, piccola città ma dove troverete un sacco di negozi, supermercati, banca, stazione di servizio ecc … a 15 minuti da bellissime spiagge (Specchiolla, Pantanagianni ecc…) La zona è bellissima da visitare. Abbiamo trascorso più di 10 giorni lì, ma non è stato sufficiente, torneremo per continuare le nostre scoperte. La casa è molto ben attrezzata sia a livello di cucina (macchina da caffè Dolce Gusto, forno, piano cottura a gas), del bagno con la lavatrice che dell'aria condizionata.

Haus und Umgebung war tatsächlich schöner als die Beschreibung: sehr ruhig, wunderschönes Gegeng mit Steinmauer, Olivenbäume etc.. Angenehm ruhig. Eine kleine Katze hat uns jeder Morgen zum Frühstück begrüßt. Stadt zu Fuss erreichbar - dauert aber mindestens 30‘

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Masseria La Corte dal 24 al 31 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo, masseria ristrutturata splendidamente, arredata con gusto e pulitissima.
Località super tranquilla e host davvero disponibili e gentili. Assolutamente consigliata :)

Entre figuiers et oliviers nous avons passé cinq merveilleux jours dans une maison calme ,propre,décoré simplement mais avec goût. Deux petits chatons ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants. La maison est très bien située pour visiter la région et profiter des plages...

Great countryside location. Beautiful outside area that was peaceful and relaxing. We loved how easy it was to access the surrounding towns quickly, many worth while places to visit. The inside was just as clean and unique. Thank you for having us!

I can’t say enough about the people at vacanze in puglia, everyone is so friendly and helpful, totally focussed on our needs. We have been inundated with ideas what to do and where to go and updated on events.
The place is divine. Quiet, spacious, beautiful and well furnished. Tables inside and out, a comfy sofa, lots of loungers and a swing! Surrounded by olive groves, remote but easily drivable to town and shops and cafes.
The kitchen is on the small side but has everything including plenty of crockery (unusual in most properties in my experience) and espresso makers as well as a coffee machine. Lots of pots and pans and cutlery too.
WiFi is not super fast but works reliably (speed is determined by location, this is pretty rural).
The beds are comfy and the bathroom basic but sufficient. Washing machine is useful to have as is the drying rack.
There is a lemon tree in the garden for that essentially G&T ingredient.

Maison idéalement située pour bouger dans les Pouilles. spacieuse à deux pas de la mer. les horaires d'arrivée et de départ sont flexibles. Nous avons beneficiés de conseil de la part de l'hôte et en cas de besoin, il est extrêmement réactif.
il par ailleurs aisé de stationner un véhicule de location dans la rue. La voiture est incontournable pour ce lieu.
