You can cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive. The standardized cancellation fee is staggered as follows:
- up to the 30th day before the start of the rental 20% of the rental price
- from the 29th day before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price
- from the 10th day before the start of the rental 100% of the rental price
If we manage to find another renter for the same period and under the same conditions, only 20% of the travel price will be charged, regardless of the cancellation date.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit toller Betreuung
Max, der Sohn von Familie Pickel, der mittlerweile ebenfalls zum Ferienhaus Deluxe Team gehört, hat uns herzlich empfangen, bei allem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, egal ob es sich um nicht anspringende Roller, schöne Joggingstrecken oder wunderbare Ausflugtipps für die Betrachtung des Sonnenuntergangs gehandelt hat.
Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und planen schon heute für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Laurenz.
Bei so einer tollen Betreuung kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Modern und konfortabel ausgestattetes Haus
Frau Petra Pickel ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin die alles daran setzt, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Es gibt keine Probleme für sie, die nicht sofort lösbar sind. Ob das der notwendig gewordene Handwerker ist oder eine vorübergehende Umquartierung. Alles kein Problem.
