Description
The kitchen is well-equipped, making it no trouble at all to prepare a lavish meal yourself. Of course, you can also dine out in the center; just step out the front door and you're right in the vibrant heart of Domburg.
At the back of the house, there's a sheltered terrace that's heated for cooler days. Here, you can peacefully enjoy the afternoon sun while having a drink or snack.
A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds (90x200) with separate duvets. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and a set of towels per person is provided for you (these are mandatory with the booking). The bedroom can be completely darkened by closing the automatic shutters. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The house is a non-smoking residence and pets are not allowed.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not satisfactory to the tenant, the landlord must refund all amounts paid by the tenant without any liability on the part of the landlord.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolution must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. The landlord will issue a cancellation invoice after receiving a cancellation from the tenant, taking into account the provisions of this article. Any sums already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
