Description
The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms with homemade beds and mattresses made from natural materials. The sauna with heated outdoor shower is very nice in combination with the fireplace. Please bring your own bathrobes. There are also the necessary luxuries such as 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower. Own sinks in the bedrooms. Wifi, TV with Netflix and 6 German channels, a good Denon music installation with excellent speakers, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The atmosphere in the house is inspired by the sea. With mother-of-pearl clay on the wall, seagrass carpets and seagrass panelling. There are seashells outside.
In front of the holiday home there is a beautiful private south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful dune and forest area of Schoorl. Around the corner are wide meadows with a view of the dunes. The house is in a rural setting between the artists' village of Bergen and Schoorl. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops in Bergen. Around the corner from the Ecolodge is a shop with fresh organic bread and daily groceries. A bicycle rental is 100 meters away. The most beautiful beach is Schoorl beach. In the high season 1 beach bar is open here. It is only accessible by bike. A wonderful journey.
The city of Alkmaar, famous for its cheese market, is 15 minutes away. Amsterdam 40 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train from Alkmaar.

WOW!!! …es hat uns superspitzetoll!!! gefallen in diesem hervorragenden, außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus...
Die kuschelige Wärme des schönen Speicherofens im Wohnraum konnten wir in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Ofen heizt sehr gut und speichert die Wärme sehr nachhaltig, wie es auch das Haus selbst tut. Es ist ein sehr angenehmes wohltuendes Raumklima im gesamten Haus.
Insgesamt ist alles sehr kreativ und auch sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Johan und Wendela sind stets hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Wir haben Johan und Wendela als sehr achtsame Menschen erlebt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder und bleiben dann ...100 Jahre !!
