Allerdings sollte man bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie erwarten können, dass in allen Schlafzimmern ein TV vorhanden ist. Ein zweiter Fernseher auf der Galerie war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Außerdem war der vorhandene Parkplatz vor dem Haus viel zu klein, obwohl in der Beschreibung von ausreichend Parkplätzen geschrieben wurde.
