This new holiday home in the polder near Koudekerke is a true gem! The large living room overlooks the landscape, and what a view you enjoy! From the living room you step onto the covered veranda where you can enjoy the evening hours of the setting sun or a balmy summer evening. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. The open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms with single beds, which guarantee a wonderful night's sleep. How nice is it to wake up and start the day with a farm-fresh breakfast on the terrace?

Ein sehr modernes und schönes Ferienhaus, komplett ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig und doch ganz in der Nähe von Vlissingen, Middelburg und dem Strand. Und der Hund war willkommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Schönes Haus, ruhige Gegend und Tiere vor der Tür, Alpakas, Schafe, Gänse und Hühner, die ein ländliches Gefühl vermitteln, es hat mir wirklich gefallen
Empfang genauso freundlich wie das Haus. Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Angebot auf der Belvilla-Website = Zuverlässigkeit der Agentur, die wir seit vielen Jahren nutzen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: gerade ausreichend Stauraum, außer im Badezimmer. Eine Verlängerung des Bretts bis zur Dunstabzugshaube würde etwas mehr Platz für Lebensmittel bieten. Sehr gut gelegen, um schöne Spaziergänge oder Radtouren zu unternehmen, Middelburg, Veere oder Vlissingen zu besuchen und die schönen Strände zu genießen. Walcheren gefällt uns sehr gut und wir werden trotz zahlreicher Aufenthalte nie müde.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus. Begrüßungsempfang, sehr sauberes Haus. Praktisch eingerichtet und doch gemütlich. Sehr schön, die Tiere in Ihrem "Garten" zu sehen. Manchmal sind wir selbst die Unterhaltung für sie, wie es scheint. Abends kommen sie und starren auf das Tor :-).
