Description
The distance to the kilometers long, wide, fine sandy beach is about 900 m. A supermarket, various cafes and restaurants, and a mini-golf course are each about 400 m away.
The house is functionally furnished in the style of the region. In addition to a living room with two sofa sets, a satellite TV for receiving German programs, two armchairs, and an open fireplace, there are two bedrooms available. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the other a single bed and a bunk bed for children.
The daylight bathroom has a shower and a sink. The W.C. is separate.
The open kitchen with a dining area for 4 people consists of a practical gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.
There is a covered terrace (south side) and an uncovered terrace (east side), where you can eat and relax without insight from the street. Garden furniture and a grill are available. In addition, two simple bicycles are at your disposal.
The holiday home has a large fenced garden with a trampoline, which is ideal for children to play. The car can be parked on the property.
The holiday home L13 is furnished for 4 to 5 people. A free internet connection via Wi-Fi is available.

If you, as the renter of the holiday property, cancel the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's cancellation date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Wie schön, dass Sie sich in diesem Ferienhaus an der französischen Atlantikküste so wohl gefühlt haben – mit Hund im Garten, Kind auf dem Trampolin und dem Meer gleich vor der Tür, das ist Aquitanien pur. Es war mir eine Freude, Sie persönlich vor Ort zu begleiten (ich bin ja jedes Jahr von Ende Juni bis Mitte September da). Die Region bietet neben endlosen Stränden auch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und kulinarische Entdeckungen – perfekt für den nächsten Urlaub. Auf ein Wiedersehen in Hossegor , Capbreton, Seignosse, Vieux -Boucau oder gerne auch wieder in Labenne freue ich mich schon jetzt!

Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Rückmeldung und die netten Worte. Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie sich in dem Haus wohl gefühlt haben und besonders Lage, Ausstattung sowie die Fahrräder und das Trampolin genießen konnten.
Bezüglich des Gartens: Gerne hätte ich auf Wunsch einen Gärtner arrangiert, damit alles während Ihres Aufenthalts nach Ihren Vorstellungen gepflegt ist. Ich werde das künftig noch deutlicher kommunizieren, damit Gäste diese Möglichkeit unkompliziert nutzen können Nicht zuletzt aus diesem Grund bin ich selbst von Ende Juni bis Mitte September vor Ort und nehme meine Feriengäste persönlich in Empfang.
Es würde mich sehr freuen, Sie bald wieder in einem von mir vermittelten Ferienhaus an der südlichen französischen Atlantikküste begrüßen zu dürfen, sei es in Labenne, Capbreton, Hossegor, Seignosse oder Vieux Boucau.
