In the well-known leisure and yacht harbour ‘Marina Wendtorf’, the semi-detached house in Scandinavian style offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the two-storey, 68 m² holiday home offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace and a dry sauna for 2 people.

Service charges for gas, water and electricity consumption and car parking are included!

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other has two single beds (90x200cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both rooms have blackout windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and dry sauna. On the first floor you will find an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for up to 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area has seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a free car parking space at the house.
From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea and the marina. Your dog is very welcome. Whether it's balmy summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or chilly winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and natural surroundings at any time of year.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide range of attractions.
The restaurant ‘Ahoi – Steffen Henssler’ will take care of your physical well-being, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious refreshments.
You will also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A useful addition to your stay is the self-service mini laundrette, where you can wash and dry your laundry yourself daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
