The fully equipped kitchen impresses with an induction stove, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The cozy living area features a fireplace, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers provide comfort and luxury. The terrace and garden invite you to relax, while a private parking space ensures convenience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a dryer, and a hotel safe.

The three bedrooms are furnished with spacious box spring beds and mattresses that guarantee the utmost sleeping comfort. Each room also has its own flat-screen TV to enhance your stay even further.

NOTICE (please read!)

To dive into the holiday feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bathrobe, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 35,- Euro per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the tax with your booking and directly remit it to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29,- Euro.
