In the well-known leisure and yacht harbor "Marina Wendtorf", the semi-detached house in Scandinavian style, located in the first row, offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. For up to 4 people, the holiday home on two floors and 68 m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and a dry sauna.

Additional costs such as gas, water and electricity consumption are included! Also free for you: high-speed WiFi via fiber optic connection.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has a new and high-quality double box spring bed (180x200cm) and the other two single, new and high-quality box spring beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also on the ground floor you will find the bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.

The house is constantly kept in the best condition. The last partial renovation took place at the beginning of 2024. The new, high-quality box spring beds guarantee the highest level of sleeping comfort. A new privacy wall, which also serves as a windbreak, gives you the necessary privacy on the terrace and protects you from North German storms.

On the first floor, an open, light-flooded living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times. Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a Weber electric grill. There is also a free parking space and a lockable bicycle shed at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and the marina.

Whether mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide range of attractions.
The restaurant ‘Ahoi – Steffen Henssler’ will take care of your physical well-being, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious refreshments.
You will also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A useful addition to your stay is the self-service mini laundrette, where you can wash and dry your laundry yourself daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
