The house boasts two large gardens, one in front and one behind the property. On the ground floor in front of the house, there is a terrace with seating, and behind the house, a covered terrace with a large dining table and gas grill next to the pool!!! On the upper floor, there is also a terrace with sea views and seating areas.
The beach with a water castle, supermarket, bars, restaurants... everything is just a 5-minute walk from Giardino Romano. All this sounds like a cozy holiday in a beautiful setting, doesn't it?

Urlaub mit Freunden
Wenn man sich im Ferienhaus Giardino Romano einbucht, muss man sich nicht sorgen um zu weite Distanzen zum Strand,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder der nächst größeren Stadt Pula. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in 3 min zu erreichen. Pula mit dem Auto max 5-10 Minuten und der nächste Lidl ca 5 Minuten.
Zum Haus selber gibt es auch nichts auszusetzen. Sowohl Außenanlage mit Pool und Innenausstattung sind im besten Zustand und man kann es sich überall dank funktionierender Klima gemütlich machen. Als Ansprechperson bei Fragen zum Haus etc. ist Ines immer Hilfsbereit gewesen. Es gab keinerlei Kommunikationsprobleme, da Ines fließend deutsch sprechen kann.
Wir hatten als Jungsgruppe von 5 Personen eine gute Zeit und können es nur weiterempfehlen :).

Everything was clean and fully equipped.
The kitchen has also a water filter system, for drinking water.
The three bedrooms have Air Condition and the Master Bedroom has a private bathroom.
The garden was our highlight.
We spent lots of days at home instead of going to the beach, because the pool is so much fun, you have sun loungers for everyone and enough space to play a game of chess or have lunch at the big table on the terrace.
The history of the quarry in the garden is very interesting and makes this place even more special.
Ines was the best host we ever had, she was always there when we had questions and helped us several times with good recommendations.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit tollen Gastgebern
Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und hilfsbereit. Toll sind vor allem der Garten am Abend und die kleinen tierischen Überraschungen. ;-) Der Weg zum Meer ist nur ein Katzensprung und auf dem Weg dort hin kann man gleich beim Bäcker und im Supermarkt Halt machen.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
