Welcome to Hafen & Meer, a beautiful end house for your vacation. The exclusive beach houses in the first row with a fantastic water view invite you to spend your most beautiful time of the year in List on Sylt.

Four exclusive bedrooms, each for two guests, are at your disposal - two of them with a beautiful water view. A bathroom is attached to each bedroom (shower baths). Each bedroom features custom-made carpentry wardrobes, a hotel safe, and a TV. The beautifully designed interior allows you to live in harmony with nature in some loft-like levels, where textiles have been chosen to make the TV sets disappear at your request.

Cleverly arranged carpentry installations can be found throughout the house, allowing guests to have a very pleasant stay.

In the comfortable underground garage, two assigned parking spaces and spaces for your bicycles are available.

You enter your beach house directly from the underground garage and reach the dune floor (basement) – here, you find a spacious bedroom and a luxurious natural stone en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. A separate toilet for your guests is also on this level.

High-quality, exclusive built-in wardrobes and interior details underline the exclusivity of the property. A private washing machine and dryer are also on this level. From here, you can also directly reach all other levels of your beach house with the fully transparent elevator.

Arriving on the ground floor, you will find the beautifully designed living area with a glass gas fireplace – you can see the beautiful fire from three sides here. The beautiful sofa lounge area with additional chairs offers you the possibility to make the TV disappear at your request through a curtain.

You look out from your living room into the beautiful dune landscape. From here, you reach your own Bangkirai terrace with exclusive Italian designer furniture for all residents, directly adjoining the nature-protected dune area with roses – here, entry is unfortunately not allowed for all two- and four-legged friends, but enjoying the view and flair is expressly permitted.

The beautiful, custom-made kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the individually crafted table made of historic wood and the combined designer chairs with a comfortable, custom-made bench against the wall with high-quality luxury fabrics invite residents to linger and enjoy. You will also find a glass wine climate cabinet in your domicile.

You always have the choice – whether elevator or stairs - when reaching the upper floor, two beautiful bedrooms with open bathrooms and separate toilets await you after the beautifully designed hallway. The equipment is at a hotel level and leaves nothing to be desired. In each of the bedrooms, there is a hotel safe and sufficient space in the custom-made built-in wardrobes.

Arriving on the top floor, you will find another beautiful bedroom with an exit to the private loggia with a view of the water and comfortable seating for two people. The sauna with a relaxation sofa, a shower, and a separate toilet are also on this upper level. Another loggia with seating for two residents is adjacent here.

The underground garage (entrance height maximum 2.05 meters) on the level of the dune floor offers you two parking spaces for your house, and you can enter your house directly from the underground garage.

NOTICE (please read!)

To dive into the holiday feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bathrobe, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 35,- Euro per person (excluding toddlers up to 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We would also like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the tax with your booking and directly remit it to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday domicile upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29,- Euro.
