Description
The single-story holiday home L29 has a living area of approximately 120 m2 and is modernly furnished. The spacious living room consists of a large leather couch, an armchair, a large modern flat-screen TV that receives German-speaking channels, and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available.
The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a (filter) coffee machine, a toaster, and a practical counter with bar stools. A washing machine and a dryer are also available.
The south-facing terrace is partially covered. It is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill.
There are a total of three beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and a clothes rack. The second bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm wide bed and a built-in wardrobe. In addition, there is a children's room with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as two sinks and a towel dryer. There are two separate toilets. Bed linen is provided. A baby cot and high chair are also available free of charge if needed.
The car can be parked on the completely fenced property. The quiet garden with a slide is ideal for children to play.
The holiday home L29 can accommodate up to 5 people. A well-behaved dog is allowed.

If you as the renter cancel the booking of the holiday property, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's cancellation, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is officially prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Es freut mich sehr zu hören, dass Sie die Zeit am Atlantik genießen konnten und mit dem Ferienhaus, dem nahen Strand sowie den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so zufrieden waren. Auch der kleine Strand-Shuttle ist tatsächlich eine praktische Ergänzung, um das Auto einfach mal stehen zu lassen und entspannt ans Meer zu fahren.
Von Ende Juni bis Mitte September bin ich jedes Jahr selbst vor Ort in Frankreich an der Atlantikküste und begleite meine Gäste während ihrer Ferienzeit. Vielleicht ergibt sich bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt die Gelegenheit, dass wir uns persönlich treffen und ich Ihnen noch den einen oder anderen Tipp für Ausflüge, Restaurants oder versteckte Lieblingsplätze geben kann.
