Description
The fully enclosed garden is ideal for small children or your dog. The surrounding area offers beautiful hiking and cycling opportunities through the Grevelingen, Plan Tureluur, and Oosterschelde nature reserves. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here, and families will also find a great spot: the small swimming beach at Grevelingen is nearby, and the North Sea beach is within eight kilometers.
On the ground floor, you'll find the hall, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, extra fridge-freezer, and ironing facilities. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area, a television, DVD player, CD player, books, games, and free internet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer, filter and Senseo coffee makers, a toaster, kettle, and juicer. The dining room has a large table with six chairs. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet with a small sink.
From the living room, you have access to the spacious veranda and the fully enclosed garden with garden furniture. There is a parking space next to the house, and an electric charging station is available at the park.

Some highlights: The gates, The big church, The thick tower and the harbour. On top of all, Zierikzee is a cosy city with many terraces and shops.
Nature
Schouwen-Duiveland is fully surrounded by water. The island offers various scenic areas, all characterized by an unique flora and fauna. The Grevelingen is the biggest salt lake of Europe and, thanks to its clear water, extremely popular among water sports enthusiasts, especially among divers. After the construction of the Brouwersdam, as part of the Delta Works, nature has changed in the course of time. Nowadays it is the habitat of both land- and coastal birds. One of the sandbars, the “Slikken of Bommenede”, is the nesting place of the Grevlelingen. In this area you will find many endangered, rare sitting birds which can be admired from the dike. The scenic area itself is not accessible as we don’t want to disturb the birds. Other scenic areas: The Oosterschelde, the Schelphoek, Plan Tureluur and the Kop van Schouwen.
