On the ground floor of this house, you will find a large living area consisting of a living room, dining room and a lovely fully equipped kitchen (including the long-awaited dishwasher!) open to the dining room. You will also discover a charming master suite equipped with a 140x190 bed with direct access to the garden, a walk-through dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet and direct access to the garage, which is notably equipped with a washing machine. This garage can also allow you to store bicycles, paddles, surfboards, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment...

The floor consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms which are all equipped with double beds in 140x190, one of which has a magnificent sea view. This floor also has a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The house is located on a large plot of 1360m² fully enclosed, access to the property is made in particular by an automatic gate. Children will thus be able to play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
