Holiday house La Romantica - Cristina à Brescia, Lombardy

The house welcomes guests with a large and bright open space living room, equipped with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped independent kitchen, also fitted with a kettle and a dishwasher. Through two french doors, guests will access the covered porch and the garden, also equipped with a dining table with chairs for eight people. An additional toilet completes the floor, coming also with a washing machine. The first floor houses the sleeping area: the first bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe, from which guests can access the private terrace overlooking the internal courtyards of the residence, through a french door. The second bedroom consists of a queen size bed and wardrobe, also with a french door which leads to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer is available to guests.
Guests will also benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection and the residence's wonderful swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
The property is equipped with a with a geothermal cooling and heating system.

The environment is suitable for those who are looking for peace and quiet, while remaining conveniently located to the center and the lake.

Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Instructions on how to use this service will be sent a few days before your stay.

Access to the basement of the house will be closed to guests and will eventually be used only by the owner, who will be able to access it via a completely separate entrance from the one dedicated to guests.

The Residence's swimming pool, also equipped with a whirlpool, can be used from May 1 to September 30 with the following hours from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00 Mandatory use of swimming cap and respect for the rules in the pool area.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The house is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 50 minutes from the airport Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
