Cozy villa of 125 m² in an ideal place to leave your worries behind and focus on enjoying the tranquility and the landscape that it offers us.
On the entrance level there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area with seating for 6 people. One bedroom is also on this level, suitable for two people and has amenities such as air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the higher level there are 2 separate double bedrooms with air conditioning and satellite TV, each with its own bathroom.
The pool area is equipped with several sun loungers and large parasol, ensuring guests' comfort. A manicured garden completes the outdoor living area.
The house has underfloor heating, so it is possible to stay in it even in winter.
