In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to provide a substitute tenant who takes over the concluded booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, there will be no costs for you. If you cancel without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.
