Description
Holiday cottage located on a natural plot. The house has 4 bedrooms plus a combined kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove and TV with satellite as well as the Stofa package with, among others, TV3. The focal point of the house will most likely be the bathroom with a whirlpool, sauna and shower cubicle. For the infants there are ,sandpit and swings. To the south is an approx. 20 m² covered terrace and 10 m² open terrace. To the east is an approx. 8 m² covered terrace and approx. 20 m² open terrace. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
