The house is located on Septembervej, which ends blindly in a newly built residential area that is modern in appearance and also close to, among other things, swimming pool, fitness centre, cultural trail, shopping and much more. The cottage has four bedrooms with double beds in each room. There are two bathrooms and a bright and open kitchen/dining room in connection with the living room. There is room for 8 people. Furnishing: The house is practically furnished with a focus on comfort and modern facilities, and it is heated with district heating. Large, bright and delicious kitchen. There is a lockable shed, carport, garden furniture and everything our hearts desire when renting a modern and newly built summer house in Løkken. Outdoors: From the kitchen and living room there is access to the house's lovely, large terrace, where you can fully enjoy the Danish summer weather. The house's location close to the center of Løkken and the North Sea means that you are very close to everything, and yet at a good distance from traffic and the noise of city life. There is of course garden furniture and a barbecue - and even an electric spa available. And Løkken town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, regardless of whether you want outdoor activities, wellness and pampering or peace and contemplation. Remember to order any linen packages when booking. Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
