Description
Highly situated (view!) on the golf course of Roquebrune-sur-Argens with a swimming pool and separate children's pool, three tennis courts and a boules court. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden, a balcony and views of the Mediterranean Sea!
The layout is as follows: Front garden, entrance, with guest toilet and bright living room with French doors to the rear garden with great views towards the Mediterranean and the beautiful Esterel mountains.
There is an open U-shaped kitchen, located at the front of the house, and equipped with various appliances.
The fixed stone staircase leads to the first floor with 3 bedrooms; 2 located at the rear of which 1 with double bed (1.80 x 2m), an en-suite shower room, and French doors to the balcony/terrace with again that beautiful view! The 2nd bedrooms has a single bed and the 3rd bedroom is located at the front with a bouble bed (1.40 x 2m). The second bathroom has a bathtub and 2nd toilet. All bedrooms have nice high ceilings and built-in wardrobes and the house is equipped with airconditioning.
The domaine is situated on top of a hill along the golf-course, with beautiful views towards Frejus and the Mediterranean. The picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is located about 5 km inland. Going to the coast you are about 10 minutes away from Les Issambres with access to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez or drive from Saint Aygulf and follow the coast road to Fréjus and Saint Raphael.
In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
