Upstairs, there is a shower room and two separate bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a toilet, a living-dining area with satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a corner sofa, a very well-equipped fitted kitchen with an oven, four-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, AMC pots, separate large fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
The approximately 40 m² terrace with a grill and garden is enclosed by fences and hedges. The rooftop terrace with sea view is also furnished.

The rental agreement is established with your written consent. Late payments or non-payments are considered a withdrawal from the rental agreement and entitle the landlord to rent the property to someone else and to charge a cancellation fee to the delinquent tenant. The cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit up to 61 days before the start of the rental period. For cancellations from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is charged. For cancellations from the 34th to the 10th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the rental price is charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the rental price is charged. The cancellation fees are waived if the holiday property can be rented out for the same period at the same price to someone else.

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt!
Die Lage am Rand der kleinen Anlage ist optimal, die große Terrasse ein echtes Pfund. Wir haben vor allem in der Küche alles vorgefunden was man so braucht um tatsächlich täglich zu kochen und auch flott wieder alles aufzuräumen.
Sehr gerne empfehlen wir Ihr Domizil weiter und kommen gerne wieder!
