The kitchen (newly built in 2016) opens onto a large terrace with private pool. A further pool, tennis and petanque court round off the offer.

The tenant can terminate the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration against the landlord. The landlord will, at the request of the tenant, try to find a tenant. The tenant is also entitled, within the framework of the legal regulation, to provide adequate replacement tenants. In this case, the substitute tenant becomes a new contract partner to the landlord.
In both positive cases, the amount of the contractually owed withdrawal costs will then be limited to Euro 200, - processing fee plus any eventual advertising costs.
If no subsequent tenant is found by the contracting parties for the canceled period, the lessor is entitled to the full deposit, as well as flat-rate withdrawal payments as follows:
- For cancellations from 74th to 45th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- For cancellations from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
In the case of early departure for reasons which the landlord is not responsible for or a delayed arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the rent in full.
It is recommended to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Wohlfühlatmospäre, fantastisches Ferienhaus mit viel Flair
Rundum schön!
Mir gefiel die entspannte Ruhe innerhalb der kleinen Anlage und der zuckersüße Ort mit den individuellen Geschäften und hübschen Restaurants und Bars. Ein Besuch auf den Märkten in Plan de la Tour und St. Maxime lohnt sich. Und abends hört man auf der Terrasse unterm Sternenhimmel die kleine Zwergohreule rufen.

The house is well equipped particularly the kitchen with indoor and outdoor cooking. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Good air con and laundry facilities etc. Highly recommend and we hope to go back.

Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr angenehme Kontakt zum Vermieter. Herr Cavro gab viele Tipps für Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die schönste Zeit des Jahres kann man hier wirklich wunderbar verbringen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Pool ist herrlich sauber, das Haus schön und voll funktional eingerichtet, alles ist da was man benötigt.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, es gab viele Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel - man kann hier wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

vielen Dank für die allzeit gute Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes in Ihrem sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Wir haben alles, wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden und können Ihr gemütliches Haus und besonders den Pool bestens weiter empfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger - alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt - so behalten wir dieses Zuhause auf Zeit in bester Erinnerung.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt,liegt ruhig aber dennoch zentral! Es ist sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Der Pool war bei den warmen Tagen unser Highlight! Sehr sauberes Wasser!
Herr Cavro bemüht sich wirklich sehr, dass es den Mietern während des Aufenthaltes an nichts fehlt! Wir sagen Danke & bis bald!

Winter in dr Provence
Wir kannten Ihr Haus vor dem Umbau und erlebten nun die Vergrößerung und Verschönerung von Mas de Saint Pierre 33!
Die sonnendurchflutete , geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche mit Blick in den Garten mit Pool haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Abends haben wir es uns vor dem Kamin bei einem köstlichen Rotwein aus der Umgebung gut gehen lassen.
Das Haus bietet auch im Winter durch seine individuelle Gestaltung eine behagliche Atmosphäre mit allem Komfort.
Bei sonnigem Wetter konnten wir uns mittags im Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse bei Ruhe und Wärme erholen.
Der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer, aber wir haben fest vor, auch im nächsten Winter eine Zeit in Ihrem
wunderschönen Haus zu verbringen.
