Absolute tranquility at the Mas du Perigoulier, located on a plot of 1ha. Less than 10 minutes walking from the Spar supermarket, this Mas offers all the charm of traditional houses in Provence !
On the ground floor :
- functional kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, dishwasher equipment, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave
- a warm lounge with direct access to the terrace
- a master suite* with aircon with a king size double bed (180x200), a bathroom with bath and shower, a TV lounge with sofa bed
- separate wc
- a technical room around the kitchen (access from the outside), with washing machine and American fridge
The floor is accessed by an outside staircase :
- 2 beautiful double rooms* with aircon in between (dim. beds 1 double 180x200, 2 single 120x190) share a shower room with toilet, overlooking the olive grove.
The exteriors are :
- a beautiful covered terrace in the south with a dining area (plancha available)
- a large swimming pool (dim. 10x6, prof. 1,50-2,50) and its sun-bath beds to enjoy the sun of Provence
- a hammock installed in the shade of oaks for a nap at the sound of cicadas
- an outdoor shower
- Equipment available: 2 bikes, petanque balls, board games

End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
