Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:

up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

Am Liebsten jedes Jahr
Der Pool wurde jeden morgen zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr sauber gemacht. aber davon hat man rein Garnichts mit bekommen.
Super liebe Gastgeber die uns mit Tomaten, Zuchini (aus eigenem Garten) , Eiern, und Selbstgemachten Wein mehrmals versorgt haben. Es wurden auf Wunsch auch Tickets für ein Fußball Spiel in Split besorgt. Nochmal Riesen Dank
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wunderbares Haus und großartige Gastgeber
Am meisten hat uns jedoch die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer beeindruckt: unglaublich nette und herzliche Menschen. Sie begrüßten uns mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten und verwöhnten uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und lokalen Getränken.
Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön: ideal für Spaziergänge und Erholung fernab vom Trubel. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder!
