If the tenant cancels their rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental sum or a part of the rental sum. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
