This beautiful Frisian house in Grimersum near Greetsiel was created according to old building plans and is located on a water property of the Greetsieler Sieltiefs. The comfortable house with gallery has a nice living-dining area with fireplace, TV and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender ... The tiled ground floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower / WC, and washing machine and Dryer. Upstairs is another bedroom with double bed, a small attic with sofa bed and a shower room with toilet. The beautiful terrace with a large fenced garden (not fenced towards the canal) is a dream for guests looking for peace and quiet. Also families and pets will feel very comfortable here. A parking space is in the carport at the house and another in the immediate vicinity.
The great direct channel location is a paradise for anglers and nature lovers. It offers a wonderful view of the meadows and fields and romantic sunsets.
