Welcome to Casa Feliz – your stylish holiday home in San Juan de Capistrano, Nerja. Experience Mediterranean charm, modern comfort and breathtaking sea views – all on one level and with complete privacy.
The villa offers 110 m² of total floor space, including 76 m² of living space for up to 4 people, with a bright living room and panoramic sea views, two elegant bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. Relax by the private heatable pool or the exclusive jacuzzi and enjoy year-round comfort with air conditioning, heating and a cosy fireplace.
High-speed fibre optic internet, smart TVs (Fire OS) in all rooms and an optional home office space make Casa Feliz ideal for holidays or longer stays.
Burriana Beach is a 15-minute walk away or easily accessible by city bus. Shops, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Guests also have access to Nerja's largest communal pool complex with waterfalls and panoramic views (April–October).
Casa Feliz was built in 1986 and completely renovated, modernised and refurbished in 2025 by the owners Sandy and Daniel from North Rhine-Westphalia with great attention to detail. The house is not an anonymous investment property, but their very own personal passion project – designed with the idea of creating a place where you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
You can feel this personal touch in every room – in the high-quality furnishings, the lovingly selected details and the special atmosphere that invites you to relax.
Casa Feliz is smoke-free and pet-free and welcomes guests aged 25 and over, as well as young people aged 16 and over accompanied by their parents – for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Tolle Unterkunft in Nerja
schönem Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Highlight ist der beheizbare Pool, den wir auch im Winter nutzen konnten. Die Abwicklung mit den Vermietern und der Agentur vor Ort war super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
