After a nice day on the beach, unwind on the spacious terrace while reading a good book or sunbathing on one of the four loungers. If you like cooking, you will be able to prepare tasty meat and vegetables on the barbecue or a pizza baked in a wood-burning oven. Because of the pine trees, the terrace is a shady place. Kids may enjoy the swings while adults refresh having an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and there are next door neighbours.

The single-storey house is simply decorated. There is a living-dining room where you can watch a film on TV-SAT or DVD. The dining table can seat 6 people around the dining table and enjoy a good home-cooked meal. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment, including a gas hob and cooking utensils. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms to relax in, all with wardrobes. The first bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with shower is attached to the house, so access is from the outside. There is a second bathroom with shower that completes the main house. There is a cot and high chair.

The quiet urbanization Son Serra de Marina is in the North of Mallorca. The natural beach is a mix of rocks, sand and pebbles and it is only 400 meters away. At the same time, the marina is quite close to this beach. At the end of the village, there's another nice natural sand beach and a restaurant. More services, supermarkets and leisure activities can be found in Can Picafort, 10 minutes driving. Son Serra de Marina is the right place for relax seekers, to enjoy nature and hike.
