Description
Holiday cottage with swimming pool and panoramic views of Ebeltoft Bay and the town. In good weather you can see all the way to the island Samsø. The house is incredibly well and functionally furnished with large kitchen/dining area opening on to the living room with a TV with satellite dish that can receive German channels. The kitchen (from 2007) is equipped with all appliances. The swimming pool is 18 m² . There is a bathroom with a sauna in the pool room. From here there are also panoramic views. The house has good beds, and if the kids want a place to play, there is a mezzanine in the living room. In front of the house there is a large terrace where the views can be enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located high with short distance to several good beaches and many fishing and surfing opportunities. The drive-way is on a steep hillside, which can be a challenge during the winter months, but it also means that cottage has as undisturbed location.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wunderschöner Ausblick, modernes Haus in toller Lage, sehr gemütlich und einladend,
Wir kamen um 17 Uhr im Dancenter an. Da dieser geschlossen war und Belvilla angegeben hatte, dass wir uns zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr melden müssten, brauchten wir einen Code, um zum Safe zu gelangen, in dem sich unsere Informationsmappe mit dem Schlüssel zur Unterkunft befand. Da wir die Buchung über Belvilla vorgenommen haben, haben wir keinen Code erhalten. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit Belvilla und Dancenter erhielt ich den Code trotzdem.
Die Unterbringung ist in Ordnung, aber am Sofa, das zur Mitte hin durchhängt, muss etwas gemacht werden.
Anweisungen zur Verwendung des Heizgeräts fehlen in der Dancenter-Informationsmappe.
Beide Punkte haben wir auch Dancenter gemeldet.
Abschließend noch eine Bemerkung zum Schwimmbad; es ist auf 25 Grad erhitzt, es hat auch diese Temperatur, aber es fühlt sich viel kälter an. Es ist dann nicht wirklich angenehm, ins Schwimmbad zu gehen.

Wir waren um 17 Uhr im Dancenter. Da es geschlossen war, wobei Belvilla angegeben hatte, dass wir uns zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr melden mussten, brauchten wir einen Code, um den Safe zu bekommen, in dem sich unsere Informationsmappe mit Schlüssel aus der Unterkunft befand. Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, aber es muss etwas mit der Bank gemacht werden, es geht in die Mitte. Die Gebrauchsanweisung für die Heizung fehlt im Dancenter-Informationsordner. Wir haben diese beiden Punkte auch Dancenter gemeldet. Schwimmbad; Diese Temperatur wird auf 25 Grad Celsius erhitzt und diese Temperatur fühlt sich auch viel kälter an. Ist nicht wirklich angenehm den Pool zu betreten.
