Description
The large child-friendly garden, richly planted with olive, almond and fruit trees, has several terraces, an old well, football field, table tennis table, jeu-de-boules court and a spacious swimming pool (10 x 5 m.) with paddling pool and sunbeds. Directly adjacent to the luxurious and generously sized kitchen is a covered terrace where large groups can enjoy a delicious meal. Here we also find the beautifully tiled fixed barbecue area. The very tastefully decorated quinta has been renovated while retaining countless authentic Portuguese elements and is equipped with all modern comforts. The spacious kitchen has an original Portuguese tile floor, but also a large Smeg stove, Quooker, dishwasher and espresso machine. A wood-burning stove and washer-dryer. Next to the kitchen is an extra shower room with toilet that can also be reached from the pool. The comfortable living room is equipped with a large sofa and various armchairs, a flat screen and a beautiful wood stove.

The main house has four air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet. The Cottage has a large bedroom, a smaller and adjoining living bedroom and a bathroom, making it suitable for two adults and two children. The guesthouse has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. In total Quinta Barbara can accommodate fourteen adults and two babies. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only the main house, possibly in combination with only the guesthouse or cottage. The house is cleaned once a week and provided with new linen and towels.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
