Description
In the small garden, there are two cozy outdoor seating areas and a sauna house for about 4 people. Next to it is a small storage room for wood and possibly bicycles.
The holiday home has 100 m² of living space. On the lower floor, there is a large eat-in kitchen with a kitchen table, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and the possibility to stoke the wood stove. Adjacent is the large living room with a cozy table and corner bench, wood stove, sofa, and television. From there, you enter the west-facing bedroom on the lower level with a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub.
A staircase from the kitchen/hallway leads up to the bright upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom (west) is a double room and the other is a triple room (SE) with an additional sleeping option on the gallery.
From the cozy balcony (SW) on the upper floor, you can enjoy the expansive view of the Vinschgau valley and the evening sun.
Our holiday home is furnished with high-quality wooden furniture; the oiled spruce/larch floors and the sauna come from our own forest.
We have placed great importance on natural organic construction during the renovation.
