You will be staying in a small private residential complex built in the Ibizan style, perched on the cliffs at the entrance to the Porto Colom harbor. There is a communal pool and two small coves within walking distance.

Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking of the holiday home. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the travel price (corresponding to the deposit, which we will then retain).
From 89 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel price.
From 29 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the total amount.
7 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the travel price.
Once we have received the cancellation from you, we will immediately look for other guests for the respective period and offset the income against the cancellation fees. With timely notification of the cancellation, it has almost always been possible to rent the house without further cancellation costs. Nevertheless, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
This avoids unnecessary trouble in case of a cancellation.

Traumhaft wohnen
Der Pool ist schön groß, prima zum Baden. Wir waren immer allein. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft.
Zum kleinen sehr schönen Strand kann man in 10 min laufen.
Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären toll.
Sonst war wirklich alles wunderbar.
