Description
Nestled near the expansive dunes and miles of sandy beaches, our SEESTERNCHEN is peacefully located in the holiday and recreation park "De Witte Raaf" in Noordwijk. Up to 6 vacationers plus a baby and pet can unwind on approximately 100 sqm. Three terraces offer sunny and shady spots from morning to evening. The evergreen hedge frames the play and sunbathing lawn, which invites you to grill, frolic, sunbathe, and relax.
We have renovated our SEESTERNCHEN from the ground up with great attention to detail. Soft natural tones and sea colors dominate the ambiance: On the ground floor, the large, light-flooded living and dining area and the modern kitchen, in the bathroom with a window, the walk-in rain shower.
Upstairs, three "Slaapkamern" each with two comfortable box spring beds invite you to dream restfully. An additional baby bed provides safe sleeping comfort for the smallest guest. Here, you also have another guest toilet next door.

Upon booking/contract conclusion, you will transfer a deposit of 200 euros per week. The remaining payment, including the tourist tax, is due four weeks before the rental period begins.
If you are unable to start your trip, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you do not start your trip after paying the full rental price, you must provide a substitute tenant; otherwise, the remaining payment will be forfeited.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., through ADAC).
In individual cases, we charge a security deposit of 200 euros.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung
Dadurch, dass das Grundstück komplett von einer hohen Hecke umgeben und eingezäunt ist, konnten wir die Hunde ohne Sorgen einfach in den Garten lassen. Das war für uns total entspannend.
Vor Ort kann man alles das machen, was man üblicherweise auch an einem Strand machen kann. Durch die zentrale Lage in den Niederlanden, ist man aber mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell in größeren Städten, wie z. B. Leiden. Eine Super-Kombination von Strandurlaub mit Sightseeing.

Ein perfektes Ziel für einen Familienurlaub
Alles ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Infomappe im Haus fand ich besonders schön.
In der Umgebung bekommt man alles was man braucht und man kann wunderbar durch die Dünen zum Strand spazieren.
Wir können das Seesternchen auf jeden Fall für einen Familienurlaub empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.

Familienurlaub im Seesternchen
Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem schönen Ferienpark und bietet einen großen Garten, der super bewachsen ist und somit eine entsprechende Privatsphäre gewährleistet.
Das für uns sehr geschmackvoll, neu renovierte Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und insgesamt topp ausgestattet. Sogar das W-LAN ist 3 x so schnell, wie zu Hause!
Die für holländische Verhältnisse typische, für uns eher steilere Treppe, hat uns trotz drei Kindern, davon ein Baby nicht beunruhigt, da sowohl Auf-, als auch Abgang mit installiertem Sicherheitsnetz kein Risiko darstellte.
Die Entfernung zum Strand ist wie beschrieben ca. 1,5 km und war für uns völlig unproblematisch zu Fuß zu erreichen! Kommen gerne wieder.
