The property features a swimming pool shared with the adjacent villa (Villa Rossa), as well as spacious outdoor areas equipped for al fresco lunches and dinners, and comfortable relaxation areas immersed in nature. For guests’ entertainment, table tennis and table football are available, making the house ideal for families and groups. Thanks to its strategic location, Shaleo is the perfect holiday home in Tuscany and an excellent base for day trips to Florence, Lucca, and Pisa, as well as for a seaside day on the beaches of Versilia or a visit to the charming Garfagnana area. Raised entrance with steps. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living room with TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. On the ground floor there is a games room with table football. A spiral staircase connects the different levels of the house. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms.
