Description

The house "Sun terrace" at the Gattererberg' was build in 2008 on a 950 square meter property (completed in the spring of 2009). It is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal and has a fantastic view of the mountains and . On the top floor 110 sqm are available. Over the entire length stretches apartment in holiday style balcony. Centre of the apartment is a large living room. This is on the one hand, modern kitchen which is fully equipped. The apartment is fully furnished 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and 1 room with double bed and single bed. This can also be set up a cot. The bathroom is spacious. Here are a bath tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. In addition, there is a second separate toilet.
The ground floor Apartment has a living/bedroom with a bathroom

Wir waren 3 Familien ( 6 Erw / 5 Kin ). Das Haus war dafür perfekt geeignet. Top Lage wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Die Wohnung ist in Top Zustand und war super sauber. Sie ist gut ausgestattet ,großzügig und gemütlich. Der Blick ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einfach und effizient.Die Verwalterin vor Ort war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten.
