Description
This holiday cottage of no less than 264 m² is located only approx. 200 m from the fjord. The house is simply furnished and suited for family reunions, seminars and of course the traditional holiday. The house is located in beautiful surroundings with good shelter. Nearby is a shared playground for younger guests. Not far from the house is a good Limfjords beach which is very child-friendly. The house includes a spacious living room with a TV with a few Danish channels and also satellite with German channels. There is a stereo with CD player. For a cool summer or autumn day with rain and drizzle is a cosy wood-burning stove to supplement the heating. The living room has access to the terrace where you can enjoy dinner prepared on the garden grill. There is a sandpit. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer. The house has four bathrooms, one suited for the disabled with toilet and shower, one with two toilets and two each with two shower cubicles. The house has ten bedrooms. Seven rooms are equipped with double bed, two each with a single bed and one with two bunk beds.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Einfach und ausreichend ausgestattet, viel Platz auch bei schlechtem Wetter
Es ist alles da was man braucht, Schöner Ofen, der das Haus gut wärmt
Es gab gute Zimmer mit guten Betten, ein neuer Ofen war angekommen, das Wohnzimmer war in Ordnung, aber wenn 20 Leute im Haus sein sollen, müssen Tische und Stühle aus den Zimmern geholt werden, das ist lästig möglich, aber nicht unmöglich
Gute Innenarchitektur / Gut, dass es eine Wärmepumpe gab
Haustierfreundliche Unterkünfte machten es einfach, unseren pelzigen Freund mitzubringen, Das WLAN war zuverlässig und die Gemeinschaftsräume waren großartig zum Entspannen,
Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist praktisch, mit genügend Schlafzimmern für alle, Es fühlte sich gemütlich an, obwohl es so groß war, Das WLAN funktionierte gut, was ein Plus war, da wir etwas Remote-Arbeit zu erledigen hatten, Wir liebten auch die Nähe zu einigen schönen Cafés in der Nähe für unser Frühstück,
Großes Wohnzimmer, große Zimmer, etwas, das nicht in Ordnung war, zu kleiner Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank für 20 Personen, 2 Betten waren kaputt, zum Glück musste ich sie nicht benutzen, Herd/Ofen sehr alt und abgenutzt, Emhætten dreckig,
Die vielen Zimmer / Eine gute Küche und ein großes Esszimmer
Geräumiges Haus mit ausreichend Platz für unsere ganze Familie, Sauber und einfach, genau das, was wir für ein nettes Wiedersehen brauchten,
Was für ein schöner Ort! Das Haus ist von wunderschöner Natur umgeben und sehr friedlich, Wir haben den Grill auf der Terrasse genutzt und hatten einige schöne Abendessen im Freien, Der gemeinsame Spielplatz war ein nettes Extra für unsere jüngeren Gäste, Definitiv wert, für eine größere Gruppe in Betracht zu ziehen!
