This newly renovated family-friendly holiday home, which was renovated in the winter of 2019-2020, is located in Nørhede Øst and offers a luxurious combination of comfort, privacy and space. Perfect for larger families or groups, the house has two separate kitchens, one with dining space for up to 20 guests, three spacious living rooms and large bedrooms with ample storage space. The ground floor is fully accessible for wheelchair users. For families with small children, the house has three high chairs, two cots and two changing tables. Both the indoor spa and the outdoor wilderness bath offer the ultimate in relaxation, with the outdoor bath accommodating up to six people and heated with traditional firewood. The house also has a fireplace, wood-burning stove and a hearth for cosy evenings. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and first floor. Located in beautiful natural surroundings in the southern part of Nissum Fjord, the property offers fantastic views of the fjord and direct access to a private bathing beach. There is a south-facing terrace with sun all day and a north-facing terrace overlooking the fjord. The south garden has a lawn for activities, swings, sandpit, football goal, beach volleyball, trampoline and a moon car. A forest playground is located 2 km from the house. This property offers the perfect blend of space, luxury and natural surroundings. Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, rich bird life and spectacular views. Please note that rentals are not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
